Month 1
Full Assessment of
Your person and work, including a 360 review
Your business, including culture and processes
Results are delivered to you and your spouse (if married), preferably in-person at a location you choose
Begin weekly executive coaching sessions. Discuss your goals and deliver assessment results.
Month 2
Agree on your goals to achieve. You must have at least one goal for each of the four deliverables (see below).
Months 2-6
Continue weekly executive coaching sessions
Accountability to achieve your goals
Your spouse will be included strategically
Homework is often assigned between sessions
Further interviews with staff may be necessary
Cost: $9,000, payable in bi-monthly payments of $750
Time: 3 - 3.5 hrs/week. Program time investment is estimated to be 60 hours over 26 weeks
