  • You can pay by the hour at $350/hr or purchase a 6-month retainer at $1500/month. You can also pay $500 for a basic, one-time assessment.

  • No. We also work with business leaders who have revenue and expense responsibilities.

  • We offer executive coaching services throughout the United States.

  • Yes, we offer a free consultation to discuss your situation with you. We respect your time and your need to carefully choose your executive coach.

  • Even though we are Christians, we coach business owners and leaders from all faiths, including those who claim no particular faith.

  • Yes, we can send you references after we have a free consultation with you.

  • Most of our coaching is conducted via video conference calls, though we do like to deliver your assessment results in person if at all possible.

  • Just call 763-458-3722 and have a conversation with Dr. Bill English. He’ll listen to your needs, explain how the onboarding process works, and then schedule your first series of appointments.

  • We like to have an initial video call to listen to your reasons for hiring us as your executive coach. After you give us verbal permission, we’ll send you an engagement letter outlining the scope of our engagement with you. We’ll both electronically sign that letter, then we’ll contact you to schedule your first set of appointments.

  • The engagement letter will outline service termination processes and costs. We’ll discuss these with you during our initial consultation.

  • At a high-level, we combine psychology, business leadership, and Christian theology into a coherent coaching process that will help you grow closer to God, closer to your spouse, and strengthen your leadership and profits in your business. We will get you “on path” - on the right path to healing and wholeness.
