We like to have an initial video call to listen to your reasons for hiring us as your executive coach. After you give us verbal permission, we’ll send you an engagement letter outlining the scope of our engagement with you. We’ll both electronically sign that letter, then we’ll contact you to schedule your first set of appointments.

The engagement letter will outline service termination processes and costs. We’ll discuss these with you during our initial consultation. But don’t worry, we don’t lock anyone into long-term arrangements.
