Family Business Coaching Package
Christian Business Coaching for your family business that will transform your business, your family relationships, and your walk with God.
Month 1
Full Assessment of
Each member’s person and work, including a 360 review
Your business, including culture and processes
Results are delivered to each member individually with a summation delivered to the entire family. Spouses not working in the business are expected to attend delivery sessions as appropriate.
Begin weekly executive coaching sessions. Discuss your goals and deliver assessment results.
Month 2
Agree on your goals to achieve. You must have at least one goal for each of the four deliverables (see below).
Months 2-6
Continue weekly executive coaching sessions
Accountability to achieve your goals
Your spouse will be included strategically
Homework is often assigned between sessions
Further interviews with staff may be necessary
Cost: $18,000, payable in bi-monthly payments of $1,500
Time: 3 - 3.5 hrs/week/person. Program time investment is estimated to be 60 hours over 26 weeks/member.
Number of Members Included: 3. Please discuss with Dr. English if more than 3 family members will be included in the family business coaching project.
