Month 1

Full Assessment of

• Your person and work, including a 360 review

• Your business, including culture and processes

Results are delivered to you and your spouse (if married), preferably in-person at a location you choose

Begin weekly coaching sessions. Discuss your goals and deliver assessment results.

Month 2

Agree on your goals to achieve - they must be SMART: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Must have at least one goals in for each of the four deliverables (see below)

Months 2-6

• Continue weekly coaching sessions

• Accountability to achieve smart goals

• Your spouse will be included strategically

• Homework is often assigned between sessions

• Further interviews with staff may be necessary

Cost: $9,000, payable in bi-monthly payments of $750

Time: 2 - 2.5 hrs/week. Program time investment is estimated to be 50 hours over 26 weeks
