A Better You.

The brand promise of OnPath Coaching is encapsulated in the tag line, A Better You. A Better Business. What does A Better You mean?

In my executive coaching process, I will focus on four areas of development for you:

  • Work life balance

  • Stronger family relations

  • Higher profits

  • Closer walk with God.

Assessment

Through the Hogan assessments, we will surface your strengths and derailers and give you actionable steps to improve your persona across all areas of your life, both personal and professional.

Work Life Balance

Most business owners work too much and they neglect their families, spouses, and friends. My executive coaching will ask you to value your personal life as much as your professional life.

Stronger Family Relations

Through the 360 assessment and involvement of your spouse (or significant other), I will help you identify areas of improvement for your marriage and family. It makes no sense to be a success at work and lose your family in the process. Businesses come and go, but family is a lifetime.

A Closer Walk with God

Through intentional, structured change, I’ll help you draw closer to God, which will give him the opportunity to make transformations in your soul and character that only he can make.

If you would like to learn more, please schedule a 30-min visit with me, Bill English. I’ll walk you through my holistic process while you evaluate if I’m a good fit for your needs.
