A Better Business.

The brand promise of OnPath Coaching is encapsulated in the tag line, A Better You. A Better Business. What does A Better Business mean?

In my executive coaching process, I will focus on four areas of development for your business:

  • Increased Profits

  • Improved Culture

  • Broken processes

  • Refine Value Creation Process

Increased Profits

Everyone wants more profit. But higher profits can be elusive without taking a creative and critical look at your business. You can increase profits through cutting expenses, increasing revenues, or crafting your expense structures to generate more profit from operations.

Improved Culture

What we accomplish and how we treat others along the way is your culture. Culture is greatly improved by establishing core values and standard operating principles.

Broken Processes

I’ll work with you and your team to address obviously broken processes that need to be fixed. I’ll advise you on how to fix them and if asked, I will help find the right talent to help you streamline those processes.

Refine Value Creation Process

I’ve yet to meet a business owner who understands his/her value creation process, beginning to end. In this half- to full-day exercise, we’ll map out how your business creates profit for your company and discover ways to improve processes, cut expenses, fund gaps in your process, and get everyone on the same page.

If you would like to learn more, please schedule a 30-min visit with me, Bill English. I’ll walk you through my holistic process while you evaluate if I’m a good fit for your needs.
