Pricing

OnPath services can be purchased on a per hour or retainer basis. Even though Dr. English is a Minnesota Licensed Psychologist, none of his coaching services are not reimbursable by health insurance benefits.

Ala Carte’ per hour:

One-on-one coaching per hour - $350; per day - $2100

Team Coaching (up to six participants) per hour - $550; per day - $4400

Monthly Retainers:

Business-Owner:

Duration: twelve months

Includes: complete assessment and up to 48 one-hour appointments

Cost: $12,000, paid in twelve monthly payments of $1000/month

Leadership Team:

Duration: twelve months

Includes: Up to four identified owners or leaders; complete assessments for all four individuals and up to 180 one-hour or team appointments

Cost: $42,000 paid in twelve monthly payments of $3500/month.

Travel Costs:

Per Diem: $100/day

Hotel, Airfare, and Car Rental: Billed at Cost.
